Reward for getting skill checks in cages

Just something I feel needs doing currently you are rewarded nothing in the way of blood points for hitting skill checks while in a cage idea for the reward I have no idea but possible name for the blood point reward eternal struggle.
Just something I feel has been overlooked sorry if this has been brought up before.
Please add your ideas for the amount rewarded and possible name for the reward.

Thank you for adding your input regarding this definitely think it should be rewarded just like struggling on the hook. Just feels very overlooked and should be a small change I hope to address.
