Tome 1, Chapter 4, Last Killer challenge bugged it seems

Hello,

I am playing the game in French, and i was doing old Tomes to complete the challenges after finishing the newest one,

In the last Chapter of Tome 1, there is this challenge

To Translate it, it is Written "Hook 5 Survivors on a Hook in the basement, while using agitation" and "Do this challenge within one game"

so i made myself a build for that (Aggitation + Strong Grip + Forced Penance + Mad Grid) (sorry for the names)

After playing multiple games where i Hooked survivors 5 times exactly, or more then 5 times, all in the basement, i never unlocked the Challenge (i played Legion)!

So i am thinking that it is possibly bugged ?

Also i am Playing on PC, Windows 7 to be precise.
