Is it currently available and is it across all platforms or just pc?

    Cross Progression is available for Steam and Stadia. Switch will follow shortly (well, that was said in October I think...)


    For Smartphones there is no cross Progression or even Cross play intended to ever come.

    For other consoles (PlayStation and Xbox) as well as Windows Store there is only Cross Play available. BHVR tries to get those into Cross Progression as well but currently can’t confirm if they will ever succeed. It is not known what prevents them from doing it but it is believed that Microsoft and Sony do not allow it.
