Saboteur action priority when unhooking
Saboteur perk is a low used perk, so when you play the most of the times when you unhook a survivor and you want to heal them, you unhook and press action key right away. With Saboteur in your build, the application gives to saboteur the hook priority and when you unhook a survivor and try to heal you cannot, and then sabo'ing starts. You don't want to saboteur the hook really, stops the action and the cooldown activates.
I don't like the cooldown to be activated without really performs the action of saboteur a hook, but I can understand it. But what is really annoying is that an action you perform in all games changes because a perk, that makes it unusuable every time you unhook someone.
You should give the saboteur action the second action key, as Dead Hard, to avoid this kind of misuses.

For a short amount of time just after unhooking, the unhooked survivor cannot be healed. This is the reason why you begin sabo'ing instead of healing the survivor. If you wait for the prompt at the bottom of the screen to change from "Sabotage" to "Heal" you won't waste Saboteur.
Not a bug.
