Bullet points mean a total rework of the mechanic, replacing the old one
Numbers mean its added on to the mechanic or changing it slightly
Deep wounds
- Mending now has skill checks
- When suffering by deep wounds bleeding is increased
Luck
- Now affects item rarity from chests and if ace in the hole is equipped it increases rarity of addons found as well
Trapper
- Increased default max trap carry by one
- Increase time for survivor to be rescued by another survivor
- Increase the amount that logwood dye darkens traps
- Serrated jaws cause mangled until healed
- Rusted jaws cause broken for 60 seconds
- Setting speed addons affect resetting speed
- Padded jaws allow trapper to walk over his own traps and carry all of his traps at once
Legion
- Hitting a survivor with a basic attack no longer depletes feral frenzy
- Missing a feral slash will no longer cancel feral frenzy but instead will decrease the power gauge by 2.5 seconds
- Feral frenzy detection range addons also increase speed (except Iri button)
- Brown smiley pin now makes feral frenzy attacks count as basic attacks (still cannot down survivors but will apply sloppy butcher, stbfl, third seal etc.)
- For each survivor hit in feral frenzy decrease fatigue by 0.30 seconds
- Stab wound study shows survivors deep wound bar progress on the hud
- Frank’s mixtape makes additional feral frenzy hits decrease the deep wound timer by 6.7 seconds
- Decrease power recovery by 5 seconds
- Legion can see scratch marks and blood while in feral frenzy
- Iri button now increases detection range of feral frenzy to map wide instead of the terror radius
- Nasty blade now also increases chances of a deep wound skillcheck by 50%
- Filthy blade increases chances of getting a deep wound skillcheck by 75% and decreases the skillcheck size by 10%
Demogorgon
- Rat liver is base kit
- Leprose lichen is base kit
- Leprose lichen now reveals the auras of all survivors when traversing the upside down and makes killer instinct on active portals passive
Wraith
- Yellow windstorm speed increase is base kit
- Being cloaked increases action speed slightly
- Bone clapper becomes base kit
- New addon: (Replaces Bone clapper) Azarov’s gag: “A simple, yet effective gag used by Azarov’s ‘clients’ to shut their victims up” The wraith no longer makes breathing sounds while cloaked
- The ghost addon is base kit
Hillbilly
- Remove overheat mechanic
- Remove roar from survivors perspective
Spirit
- The spirit can be heard while phasing and her moans are directional (the same as the bug which did the same thing)
Freddy
- Dream pallets are default and dream snares decay over time
Pig
- Remove blade sound when crouching/ uncrouching
- Combat straps are base kit
Huntress
- Iridescent head sets hatchets to 1, this number cannot be changed with addons
- Only insta downs when the survivor is 8 or more meters away
Hag
- Can only place traps 8m or further from a hooked survivor
Michael Myers
- Evil within one counters spine chill and premonition
- Increase stalk limit on survivors
- New addon: Bob’s glasses: (replaces vanity mirror) Evil within 2 counters spine chill and premonition
- Basic attack while in evil within 1 instantly fills power gauge to 99%
- Tombstone and tombstone piece swap rarities
Perks
No mither:
- Reduces noises caused by injury by 150% (counters stridor)
- You don’t drop blood orbs vs oni but the oni can collect half the power gauge by hitting you (same as if he were to hit a healthy survivor)
- Grants 100% bonus blood points after the trial
Self care
- Now you can self care at 33% the normal healing speed
Calm spirit
- Added the effect of Falling from a high place is silent
- Breathing noise is decreased by 100%
Sole survivor
- Gain tokens from disconnected survivors
- Perk lights up when your aura is being hidden from the killer
Decisive strike
- Once you are unhooked decisive strike activates for 30 seconds.
- If you are picked up by the killer while decisive strike is active you are given a skillcheck.
- If you succeed this skillcheck you will stun the killer for 4 seconds and become the obsession
- Decisive strike’s timer is paused if you are in a chase
- Decisive strikes timer goes down 50% slower while you are downed
- Decisive strike will deactivate if you enter a locker, heal another survivor, work on a generator, begin to cleanse a totem or begin to open an exit gate
- Increases your chances of becoming the obsession by 100%
Up the ante
- Increase luck bonus to 4% per living survivor (including yourself)
- Increases chests by 1
Technician
- Removes healing and generator skill checks
Left behind
- Gain a token for every dead, disconnected or sacrificed survivor
- 1 token: all other survivors see your aura within a 32 meter radius
- 2 tokens: solo generator repair speed is increased by 10% and healing speed is increased by 15%. This effect applies to all survivors.
- 3 tokens: the aura of the hatch is revealed to you within a 32 meter radius and the time scratch marks stay visible is decreased by 2s
Borrowed time
- Applies to self unhook
Wake up!
- When a generator is completed you wake up and are given a 7% haste status effect for 10 seconds
Vigil
- Regain exhaustion 50% slower when running and 15% faster while crouching or standing still
Stake out
- Increase maximum stacks by 1
Boil over
- The hook aura blocking effect applies to all survivors (open handed increases the range of this)
Autodidact
- Increases healing skillcheck chances by 25%
Breakdown
- Hooks broken by this perk remain broken for the rest of the trial
Distortion
- Start the trial with one token
- Being in a chase for 10 seconds allows you to gain one token up to a maximum of 3 tokens
Flip flop
- Increase conversion rate from 50% to 75%
Buckle up
- Allows all survivors to recover to 99%
- Healing a survivor from the dying state gives them a 150% movement speed bonus for 1 second and exhausts you for 30 seconds
- This perk will active while you are exhausted
Mettle of man
- If you are hit by 3 basic attacks the perk activates
- Once activated, the next time that you would put you into the dying state is ignored
- The next time you heal back to full health your aura will be revealed to the killer when you are farther than 16 meters from the killer for 10 seconds
- Mettle of man will lose all progress if you are put into the dying state
- Mettle of man deactivates the next time you are put into the dying state
- Being hit while mettle of man is active will cause you to become the obsession
- Increases your odds of being the obsession by 100%
Babysitter
- Gives survivors you unhook a 7% haste status for 10 seconds
Camaraderie
- This perk will activate in both hook stages
Second wind
- after healing another survivor the equivalent of one health state this perk activates
- Once you are injured you are given the broken status effect for 32 seconds
- After the 32 seconds once you are outside of a 16m radius from the killer you are instantly healed one health state
Lucky break
- Remove perk time limit and will last forever
For the people
- Decrease broken timer from 90 seconds to 45 seconds
Visionary
- This perks effects apply to all survivors
Brutal strength
- Allows you to cancel kicking a pallet or wall (same as how generator kicking works)
Predator
- After hitting a survivor, the next time they are healed their aura is revealed to you for 6 seconds
Territorial imperative
- Remove distance from the basement requirement
Knock out
- Applies to all attacks, not just basic attacks
Thrilling tremors
- Decrease cooldown to 30 seconds
Surge;
- Remove cooldown
Zanshin tactics
- Falling on a pallet for a high place will break and and stun the killer for 1 second
Gearhead
- Activates after every basic attack
Deadman’s switch
- The perk activates for 25 seconds after every hook
Hex: retribution
- Cleansing a dull totem deafens the survivor who cleansed it for 15 seconds
- Cleansing any hex totem deafens all survivors for 20 seconds
Dragons grip
- The perk’s cooldown will not activate if the generator is not touched
- The perk cooldown works like make your choice
Blood favour
- No longer a hex perk
Oppression
- Decrease cooldown to 45 seconds
Quality of life
- Survivors moans of pain and breathing are set to be all the same level of loudness (survivors such as Ash and Jeff are extremely loud while survivors like ace are extremely quiet)
- Killers are given a counter of how many dull and hex totems are in the trail
- Decreased the volume of Elodie’s screams
- Add a brightness slider in the settings
- Survivors in the 1st hook stage can attempt to escape while they are the last survivor remaining
Cosmetic changes
- Rework Ash, Quentin, Tapp and Laurie to look more like their original actors
- Give legendary skins different powers, sounds and animations (Krampus trapper would have different traps, Minotaur oni would have something different than a kanabo, etc)

As a Legion main, I absolutely love these changes, aswell as most of the other changes. BHVR needs more people like you.

Just gonna comment on the Wraith changes -
I really wouldn't want Bone Clapper base kit, I think it fits perfectly as an add-on. Don't think The Ghost add-on is necessary on base kit either.
Definitely in favour of yellow Windstorm + slightly increased action speeds whilst cloaked being base kit though, I think those would be positive changes.

Love the changes to Trapper/Wraith/Demo the most. Those 3 killers really need to get some type of buff or rework.
Also having Deliverance & Borrowed Time work hand-in-hand with eachother sounds fun.

A dream patch? How about a proper patch. Every time there is a new one, it has maybe a perk rework or two, slight changes to one killer (possibly), more bug fixes than content, and mainly a short paragraph of the new "content" we get.
Some changes I don't agree with though, like the bone clapper being base kit on Wraith. The iri head change was bad overall. Instead, the idea of it not reducing the amount of hatchets and keeping the insta down potential only if the huntress hits a shot 24 meters or further.

I like almost every change i've seen in this list, I wish the devs weren't scared to do a lot of tweaks on perks, addons, killers or even base game mechanics and almost everything posted in this list would be uncontroversial.

I don’t think you understood the Mettle change: it’s the same as old except if you go down before you reach the 3 hits you lose all progress

The difference with this mom is that it loses all progress if you are downed, promoting a hit and run playstyle

I'd much rather traps injured survivors than trapper being able to walk over his own traps. Itd take away most mind games. Killer shack would be even more of a nightmare!
Not a huge fan of rusted jaws making you broken for 60 seconds either... But the rest of the trapper changes sound A1!
