Nurse Speed Bug

During my most recent game of nurse i started teleporting forward slightly making me just faster than any killer. At first i though it was normal lag as i suffer from lag a lot but hitting survivors worked where as normally it is just client side. Not sure what causes it and i didn't get any video evidence sorry.
