Huntress' hatchets are significantly less accurate and wildly bob up and down when thrown

PS4, although I suspect this is a multi-platform issue. I don't have any videos to show this, but it's easily replicable by just playing huntress; you don't need to do anything special, just throw a charged hatchet and compare the hatchet's trajectory with an older clip of a thrown hatchet.

Originally, hatchets would spin from the middle of the hatchet, meaning it wouldn't change position in mid air and would fly forward in a reliable arc. As of a recent patch, presumably the Binding of Kin patch, the hatchets now spin by the end of the hilt, moving upwards and downwards continually when thrown. This looks really janky and makes shots much more difficult to pull off as the hatchet will often fly upwards over a survivor's head or into an object.
