Twins 'Rework' Idea
Twins:
Hitting an Injured Survivor with Victor's Pounce causes him to enter into Rush for 10 seconds. During Rush Victor sees scratch marks and his missed Pounce attack cooldown is reduced by 75%. Failing to Down or Injure a Survivor during Rush causes Victor to experience a 30 second cooldown time.
A successful hit into Dying during Rush causes Victor's next crush recharge time to be reduced by 25%.
Survivors can remove Victor from a locker if he has Bound a Survivor inside it; Victor will mount the Survivor that removes him.
Victor's recharge time after being crushed while Active is increased to 10 seconds. Recharge time after being crushed while Idle is 15 seconds.
Each time Victor is crushed while Idle or Active he gains a 2% speed debuff.
Victor can recover from the debuff by remaining with Charlotte for extended periods. 20 seconds recovers 2% speed.
Whenever Victor recovers a portion of his debuff Charlotte gains 2% Haste for 3 seconds.
Victor can be manually recalled when left Idle for longer than 20 seconds.
Victor cannot be crushed while Charlotte is carrying a Survivor.
If Victor is left Idle within 16m of a hook upon Hooking a survivor he is recalled to Charlotte automatically.
Victor cannot regain control once a crush action has begun.
Soured Milk - gain 100% bonus bloodpoints for successful Pounce attacks; moderately decreases the duration of Rush.
