Ideas to improve Twins

I'm not suggesting all of these should be done, but some of these would help improve the gameplay. They're not all equally good, some are pretty bad, but they're thoughts I had on how to solve some issues.

Being chased by Victor has some problems compared to being chased by Charlotte, for the survivors.

) Being chased by Victor starts a chase for survivors, with the Twins chase music (or unique chase music possibly?), Also counts as a chase in regards to the evader and chaser emblems. He's a killer power, but often he'll be a large portion of the interaction with the killer in the match.

) Increase the timer to regain use of Victor after a survivor crushed them, to 15 ~ 20 seconds. Currently, you can crush victor, and if charlotte is nearby, near-instantly be rechased by Victor. I don't think this timer increase should affect a survivor removing a latched-on Victor.

It's hard to make builds for twins because you can't use perks with Victor and Charlotte is just a basic m1 killer. I feel like they need more strength and variety in what they can do, to promote more interesting gameplay.

) Victor can use perks and see auras, meaning that they have more build and gameplay options.

) Charlotte, while dormant, has a terror radius (or maybe a brown add-on to give her one?). Allows the use of weird builds based around using her terror radius for infectious or unnerving to lock down an area. Gives her a potential use while dormant.

) Increase the amount of time it takes a survivor to remove a latched on Victor. Currently, a survivor can remove Victor in 8 seconds, which is such a little amount of time that you could be near them as Charlotte, and Victor will be removed before you can hit them unless they don't choose to remove Victor.

) Make it so you can't move while you remove Victor.

) Reduce the dormant wake-up period for Charlotte and unlock her camera. It feels awful trying to figure out where you downed a survivor but you can't look around to orient yourself.

The twins are currently too slug and camp focused, which makes them unfun to play against if the killer is playing well.

) When Victor downs an injured survivor, he latches onto them, stopping them from crawling or being picked-up (even with unbreakable) until another survivor crushes him. Essentially he becomes a Hunter from Left 4 Dead. Stops slugging multiple survivors but still allows downs.

) Victor cannot down survivors, instead of latching onto them. It changes their playstyle to something similar to Legion, where they can easily injure people, but not down them.

) Charlotte will slowly move in the direction of Victor. This means she will be closer when you down someone with Victor for the pickup, but you can't leave her behind at a hook. As an idle victor can be kicked, I think charlotte is the main issue here.
