How to fix Monster Shrine!
Make it spawn two basements on the map instead of one. Quite the simplest of fixes. What you all think?

Sounds simple in theory, but I feel like in practice giving the Killer easier access to the strongest, most abusable hook location wouldn't go over so well. In most cases once someone is hooked in the basement the Killer has essentially already secured a kill, even if it doesn't end up being the original victim. The thing preventing this from being abused in every game is the fact that you need to be near the basement in order to make it down there in time to get the hook. Having a perk add a second basement would encourage more basement camping.

Interesting but not really something that you can scale. A better way to fix it would be thus:
- A Monstrous Shrine requires a successful Skill check to unhook the Survivor.
- A Failure not only doesn't unhook, it injures the would-be rescuer.
- The amount of time between Skill checks is random at Level-1, every 5 seconds at Level-2, and every 3 seconds at Level-3,

Another basement sounds nice, that or add skill checks that speed up the timer only when failed. (no more struggle phase would be worth it)

I have a full rework for the perk, also i think that is too strong imagine a hag or LF wanting to basement camp.
monstrous shrine: For each survivor hooked in the basement all survivors get -15%/-20%/-25% to repairs, cleansing, opening the exit gates, and you move 5% faster. Monstrous shine is not active unless you are 32 meters away from the basement. Survivors in the basement suffer from the oblivious status effect.

Keeping the theme of the perk, fair enough. But the only thing that's bad about that idea is that the Basement shouldn't exist in DBD anymore. Just like Bloodlust and completely safe god pallets, it's an outdated mechanic in the game.
