Please decrease the speed of the killer at least. Make him walk at his normal speed. The perk is too OP.

The perk is relatively fine, I can see it being problematic in solo queue due to the lack of communication but it's far from being OP.

You play killer and that's why your opinion it's in your favor.

I’ve been saying this, simply get rid of the unnecessary speed boost

What moundshroud said is good advice. It isn't a big deal as you get to higher ranks and/or swf. As for the predictable part if you mean if a killer is tunnelling one survivor all game and it gets to end game. Yeah no surprise. However, currently it does not tell a survivor if you're exposed until it's too late. Only perk like this is devour hope and nobody ever complains about that perk.

I wouldn't compare insta down killers to NOED for two reasons:

    1) Most insta down killers have some form of counterplay available to survivors to them. If you've gone down the survivor has made a mistake or the killer has made a good play.

    2) NOED is a basic attack with almost bloodlust tier 1. That consumes pallets and makes looping much more difficult when they're getting rewarded with bloodlust on top.

On that last note. It is not at all entitled to feel robbed by this perk. You're supporting the argument that it's poorly designed if so. This perk gets complained about more than anything (it's usually newer players) which is fine. But I want to retort that this perk is wildly unhealthy for the longevity of this game. Note that I do know it's a balanced perk. That doesn't mean it doesn't have means for change. I can give examples to support this if you request.

You're again right about having all match to counter it but I also want to note that when you climb to high ranked matches with killer players that don't run the perk. You're putting yourself and team at significant disadvantage worrying about totems the entire game. You start an inverse effect where you're not competitive with the killer because you haven't pressured the generators correctly because you're just doing bones.

Finally, I've looked through some more noed threads on this forum and see your name on a lot of them. You like arguing this topic which is great for discussion but why do you get so snarky at these players? "Get over it" twice. They have just as much right to enjoy the game as you do.

I get snarky with them because I believe in Tough Love. Nobody gets better at this game until they stop blaming other Players (or the game itself) for their problems. NOED is a basic Perk and it isn't going anywhere. The sooner they accept that they can spend the pointless energy the expend here on learning the proper counters.

Maps and perks to do bones. If you like to genrush and not doing your second objective, the totems, or if is difficult for You to find their spot, just open the exit fast and leave before killer can hit you. Or if you fear going down just equip something for totems in your build. Also do It even if it not gloss, dont ignore it and then complain in the forum.
