Basic Issues with In-Game HUD that need to be fixed

I'm not going to be like all the babies crying for the HUD to be reverted as this does have potential to be a lot better than the old one. That being said, there's some basic things that should be fixed / added for this to be even remotely comparable.

GENERAL:

  • HUD is way too big by default: Seriously 100% takes up the entire screen, playing as a killer like Nurse that's already pretty disorienting with a huge HUD by default is extremely annoying. Default size for the new HUD should be where 90%, I personally found 80% to be very good, but that's just my opinion.
  • Injured Survivors notification needs a rework: I'm sorry but those slash marks? on injured survivors just looks ugly. Shouldn't have made it out of PTB.
  • HUD Options should be scalable individually: This is pretty basic feature of customizable HUDs but you should be able to scale each individual section of the HUD to the size that you like. In general this is more of a QoL feature, but for survivors this is pretty big.
  • There should be a preview for HUD changes: What does 100% mean? What does 70% mean? You won't know until you get into game, but that shouldn't be the case. Is it really too much to ask to get a preview of what the HUD will look like before queuing into a game?

SURVIVORS:

  • Skill Check HUD should be scalable individually: If you decrease the HUD size, you also decrease the size of the Skill Checks. Meaning if you're like me and you enjoy an 80% sized HUD, you'll also get an 80% sized Skillcheck. Have fun landing that first try. These options should be separated and customizable to what survivor players feel comfortable with.

KILLERS:

  • Remove the total Hook Counter: I'll be honest, I haven't a clue why anybody thought that was a good idea. It just takes up space and does absolutely nothing other than that. Remove it.

I'm sure players have had similar complaints during the PTB, but this is just what I got from playing a few hours in the new patch. I'm honestly not sure how this made it out of the PTB as some of these, like the Hook Counter for example, should've been corrected immediately.

I hope you guys take at least some of my suggestions into consideration
