Wraith getting uncloaked with lightborn

I noticed this in a couple of games.

I'm getting uncloaked with the wraith by a flashlight while using lightborn.. is this normal? Doesn't seem like this is supposed to be.

Lightborn prevents blinding not burning which is what happens to a cloaked Wraith, so this is not a bug.
