An idea for NOED.

Before y'all jump at me with the "do bones" spam, I do the bones. I promise I do. This is just an idea that a friend of mine came up with, given that NOED is such a hot topic and somewhat frustrating, sometimes. And I thought I would share.

Turn NOED into a token perk, which will give you two tokens for every totem standing (dull or not) after the last gen is completed. If survivors were lazy shits who did no bones, then the killer will have ten tokens, thus ten insta-down hits. If only one totem is standing, which usually means that you weren't lazy but had a hard time finding that last totem, the killer will only have two insta-down hits. If no totem is standing, then they will have none (same as it is now). NOED would even become an "indirect" hex perk, in the sense that it would rely on totems standing on the map, but it would not lit up as a totem itself.

The logic behind this idea is the following: some maps have very weak totem spawns, whereas other have very strong ones. Survivors may or may not do the bones. So, with this proposed change, survivors will be penalized for each totem they didn't cleanse. If they were lazy and did no bones, they will be heavily penalized. If they did try their best, but missed one totem spawn, often because they were in a map with very good totem spawns (see Lery's, Silent Hill, and etc), the killer will still get a couple of insta-down M1s, but not as many since the survivors actually tried to do their thing.

This would also mean that the situation in which survivors did zero bones the whole match, NOED lits up and gets cleansed immediately because of a ######### totem spawn would no longer happen, since NOED would not "lit up" on a single totem, but rather become active the moment the last gen is completed and have tokens for each totem remaining at the moment that last gen popped. Cleansing totems once NOED is already active would not remove tokens at all.

What do y'all think? Please note that this is just an idea, I try to cleanse all bones every match, and encourage others to do so. This is just an idea that would make NOED more consistent against lazy survivors, and more fair against survivors who actually tried to get all five bones cleansed but got screwed over by Lery's or some map like that. And it could even be tweaked a bit (increase the number of tokens per totem standing, for example).

Let me know what you think!
