Constant freezes during game

I literally get freezes as survivor and as killer during the whole game, especially when a status effect occures, like gaining bloodlust, using dh, getting hit, jumping over a palet or window. I have this issue now already for about 1 1/2 years and its still not getting better.
I have a GTX 1080 and an Intel Core i7-770K, so i dont really think my hardware is the issue.
