New rift billy pants same as existing skin

In the new rift past level 37 billy's pants are identical to the default pants. There are no differences. How is this a reward?

    Yeah, I just noticed this as well. Hillbilly's rare "Ice-Capped Jeans" rewarded in the Rift look IDENTICAL to his normal "Torn Jeans." This is either a bug or the devs were too lazy to make them look any different. It's not a reward until it looks different. Please fix... I want cool frozen pants 🙄

    I'm pretty sure it's intentional as I heard that the set came from mobile which had no pants. That said, this is just lazy and they either shouldn't have included pants at all or made icy jeans for this set. I was kinda disappointed myself.

    I kinda like it, makes me feel special using Billy's default cosmetics with those pants, lol. I suppose they needed a placeholder for the outfit since it's ported from DBD mobile.

    Why does it have to be a full outfit? Why use a placeholder? Shoulda be some other cosmetic or charm.
