unable to get to main menu

so every time there is either a connection issue for me. or the server. or anything els related to not being able to enter main menu. we often get sugested to restart the game. however. we get put back to the title screen of wich the ONLY ingame option is: press space. wich puts us back to title screen due to the error. there are those that dont know how to turn off the game if its in fullscreen. many do thankfully.

but why doesnt the game :
A: turn off the game when it fails to load
B: have a quit button at the titlescreen
C: gives a pop-up with a quit button wile it gives the error code.
