Stuck on Spectating Screen

Example: Game freezes when spectating last survivor, have to force close the game because I can't get out of it even when EGC runs out.
What to add in the description
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survivor
Step 3 : Escape OR die.
Step 4 : Try to spectate last survivor and end up frozen.
