[Bug]: Error message 409 Unlock Pass "Tomo VI: Divergence"

Description: When my friend want to unlocks/buy the new pass of the "Tome VI: Divergence", the game shows this error message (409) and this problem isn't still fixed after 15 minutes (Video 1)
Step by Step:
1)My friend has login into his account
2)He click on the "The Archives" button on the main menu of the game
3)The game shows the new quests of the Actual Tome VI Divergence and he clicks on "The RIft" tab
4)Here the game shows a table of the various items about of the Tome VI - Divergence and he clicks on the "Unlocks pass button"
5)Here there is a description of the "Tome VI: Divergence" and he clicks on the "Unlocks pass" on the bottom-right side
6)Here the game confirm if this my friends want to buy this pass with auric cellular, and if he click on the "Yes", the game shows this error message 409 (Video 1)
This issue isn't fixed after 1h of matches.
