An idea to buff Blindness
Currently blindness is an extremely weak effect. Both the add ons and the perk relating to it are rarely seen, so I suggest that it needs a buff.
Although this isn't a big one (at least in my opinion) its a step in the right direction. Also I'm aware this won't effect survive with friends, however I don't exactly know how you could make this effect them without changing the concept of blindness.
My suggestion is that any survivor that is suffering from the blindness effect can no longer see how many time survivors have been hooked. Additionally, survivors can only see if a survivor is healthy, in the dying state or hooked, and if the survivor is injured the UI displays them as healthy.
Again, this is a small change but one that I atleast think would consider a step in the right direction. Criticism is welcome.

It should just actually blind the survivor. Problem solved.

The Killer can now bring flashlights with the odd bulb add on to blind the survivors permanently.

Please no. Yesterday I had a survivor who was complaining about my Hex: Third Seal, because it is a ######### perk to go against and I shouldn't use it because it isn't funny.
His suggestion was a timer for 25 seconds or anything like that.
Yeah, that's sounds right.

Ah yes, 25 seconds on an already weak effect for a Hex Totem. What an amazing idea!
