Stuck in carry motion

Platform: PC
Issue: Was stuck carrying a survivor, couldn't hook or perform any actions.
How:
- Was playing nurse.
- Map was Suffocation Pit
- Blinked and grabbed a survivor during pallet vault animation
- Couldn't hook them or perform any other actions
- Got a pallet thrown on my face which let the survivor free but still had me stuck in carry
- Couldn't blink or lunge either
How Often:
Happened this once. Can't test it myself so no idea.
