Executioner's Rites of Judgment knife planting animation is janky and ends quickly/freezes

Originally, the Executioner's animation for placing his knife in the ground was one seamless, fluid animation. However, the animation seems to have been bugged and now the knife is put in the ground really quickly and the animation freezes with the knife in the ground, which is very disorienting and makes it difficult to tell when you actually have access to Punishment of the Damned.

This is multiplatform, and can be replicated by just playing the Executioner and holding the power button. The animation is noticeably different and very disjointed-looking. For a comparison of the old vs the new, look at the following timestamps of this video.

Old, fluid animation - 9:47 - 9:51

New, disjointed animation is what is currently in the game, but an example is here - 4:02 - 4:07 (here is where you can see the animation freeze)

I hope this isn't an intended change, as it makes his punishment attack feel clunky to use.
