Two players stuck in each-other when repairing Generator

This is what happened, while i was repairing a usual Generator another survivor comes by asking for help so i healed him and then we both got stuck in each-other characters once we tried to start repairing the Generator in the same spot at the same time, we couldn't neither repair nor escape until the Killer comes by and stood in front of us while we looked pathetic, he started the chainsaw and ripped us both off.
