PC dead by daylight 4.5.0 cant get grabbed cant get hit in the locker bug

This bug have occured on pc platform.We were playing custom game with friends.Suddenly,my friend said we're 2 in the locker,and i was like how. My friend hide in locker and like a 30 seocnds after bug have occured.We did not use any cheats,bugs,or any kind of things.
We dont know how to reproduce it but I guess,smolpp stunned killer with head on and somehow,she got stucked in the locker,and narcoos hide in the locker too ,but narcoos can get grabbed,but smolpp cant.
This happened first time.Please try to fix this bug because killers may be dc because of this.
