Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.

The Rank Bug is NOT Just a Visual Bug
It seems by the recent patch notes that BHVR only think the Unbroken badge bug is a visual one that gives you a higher emblem than you actually earned. It’s NOT the case though.
The unbroken badge does not give any progress at all (black badge) unless you escape. For people that care about rank and pips, this makes the game almost unplayable and is making survivors play super try-hard. It’s impossible to pip up if you don’t escape now.
Hopefully we can get this to their attention and see if they realize it or not. They may have just worded the patch notes badly. If not, they need to see this.

It's been over a week now and carried over rank reset as well. Ppl lost so many levels because of this.

The biggest problem is not that it hasn't been fixed - The real issue is that they haven't even acknowledged it as anything other than a "visual" bug. That means a fix is probably not on its way in the next patch.

My regular lever is in between rang 10 to 9, but now i barely stay at 14... impossible to play. You escape or you will lose pips...

We are aware of this issue, they're basically connected but both issues should be fixed in an upcoming hotfix.

Well yeah thats good, but what about the freaking hitboxes, when are they gonna acknowledge that????? Im mad about the broken rankings but what makes the game most unplayable atm are the broken hitboxes......

I am still losing pips all the time. Sometimes I depip TWICE in a match. How is that even possible?

I am usually a rank 1 survivor, but now it is impossible to go rank 3.

This is from last 2 days, they are only the screen shots I took when my friends were online so we could laugh about it, but happened to me many more times than this, its getting annoying now.
