Nurse hits not connecting

When ever I play nurse most the times my hits don’t land right after a blink. I feel like they should be landing because those hits are really close and some times I feel like they’re literally going through the flesh of the survivors. I found another person who’s experiencing this. Please fix this glitch if it is a glitch.
