PC - Couldn't cloak or pickup as wraith

Description
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as wraith in a public match (on Gideon Meat Plant)
Step 3 : In-game, get pallet stunned while uncloaking (not sure if this is the trigger)
Additional Notes:
- Every time I performed a break action I would automatically cloak
- Would never initiate chase with survivor but w would get Survivor Found and Surprise Attack score event when landing a hit (no chase music)
- Survivors began running backwards
- The animation for breaking a generator would cut off at the end but would still damage it
