The bloodweb needs trimming.
As the title says I think the useless items need to be removed. There's just too much junk clogging up the blood webs.
I think the easiest starting point is bp offerings. Most of them are pointless. I suggest eliminating the 50% and 75% bp offerings. Down shift the rarity of the 100% single category offerings to common along with the 25% to all category offerings.
The Pudding, Cake, and Bound Envelopes should be uncommon. The Bound Envelopes should be expanded to include killers and added to killer bloodwebs. Leaving Streamers as the only rare bp offering.
Obviously there's alot more that could be removed, but I think this would be a good start.

You can trim it down a LOT by just reducing the perk load by 2/3's by simply removing perk levels entirely.
All perks have one level... and that's their current level 3 stats. This has so many benefits....
This should also help newer accounts catch up faster and help new characters come to a decent power level faster.
I cannot think of any negatives for this given the sheer amount of perks and DLC this game has now.

The Sachets and Wreaths need to go. I've only played one. Ever.
They are almost completely worthless.

They really should. Perk tiers have zero good reason to exist. They just bloat the game's grind massively and make it a bit tougher for new players.
