The Game - Gideon Meat Packing Plant Prop Collision Exploit

I recently found an issue on the Gideon Meat Packing Plant map where a survivor in the dying state could sit on top of a table (similar to the recent Autohaven car issue) and could prevent the killer from picking them up. This occured on PC, but I'm sure this is an issue that extends across all platforms.
This happened when I downed the survivor with my basic attack and caused him to go into the dying state, however in the process he for some reason was moved upward onto the table in the midst of the animation (it was one of the sideways dive ones if that helps). As you may expect, he and I were both moving at the same time, and he was sprinting when I hit him.
I'm sure the issue just lies in player clipping - please make sure your clip mesh/brush/whatever its called in Unreal is properly aligned so that players cannot get on top of them - er, do you use them? Because surely the survivor wouldn't have been able to to move on the top if that were the case...
Initial screenshot I took upon encountering the bug - he fell onto the barrels (it looks like the issue is caused by the one that's tipped over!)
Bleeding out & death, upon refusing to come down from the table.
BTW please don't punish the survivor - he probably didn't know about this exploit.
