Game Locking on Bloodweb

On PC putting points into the bloodweb when it locks on the bloodweb and will not let me click anything other than the ready button to queue up for a lobby. Only way I've found to fix this is Cntrl/Alt/Deleting to close the game. Upon bringing the game back up and clicking on the bloodweb this issue will repeating itself as soon as I start trying to put points into it again. This has happened multiple times in a row and can't seem to get rid of it.
