Since this Update the game is complete buggy.
First the pip System, i should get 2 Pips, i got 5 Pips.
Next i cant play, i have allways a clock that its blocked for 72hrs.
When the time ist at 0 it restart instant at 72hrs and again and again and again.
I cant play since 1 1/2 weeks with this timer.

The pip issue has already been acknowledged and we've confirmed a time frame for the fix - should be hotfix 2 due sometime next week.
As for the DC timer, these decay over time so yes it will increase again when you DC from a match - this isn't a bug but is by design.

The issue with the time ban isn't a bug.
With your hours being so high at 72 it seems your either your excessively rage quitting or your system doesn't meet the requirements to play the game.

It sounds more like the ban timer won't expire at all from what he's saying. Like he waits the 72 hours and once it's 0 it resets to 72 hours without actually letting him back in. That's how I'm interpreting it as, but if he can respond and clarify that would help

If your matchmaking ban is bugged, you should send a support ticket under the 'Disconnection Penalty Appeal' category:
(I assume that's what you mean by "When the time ist at 0 it restart instant at 72hrs and again and again and again".)
