Survivor Unable To Escape

I was the killer on this match and had one survivor who was unable to escape through the gate. The others did but he ran in and out of the point where they black fence like barrier was and could not escape. Eventually the time ran out and he got sacrificed beyond the gate.
Not sure what kind of information will help determined what caused this bug.
