Sprint will slow down and stop at random

I'm playing on PS4. When I'm sprinting, I'll do some lag-like thing and my sprint will stutter or even stop. It SEEMS to happen more often the closer I am to the killer, but it happens when I'm not close too. It's happened on all maps with any killer so far. My internet is fine (latency of like 30) and my controller works perfectly in any other game. This happens a LOT. The easiest way to reproduce it would be to be chased on PS4 I think.
