Survivor stuck on shoulder and locker

I got into a bug and lost my puding :(
I was playing killer and I seen 2 people jump into a locker next to one another. When I ran up to grab them they both jumped out. I hit one witch tried to grab him. It glirched and did nit grab him as he jumped back into the locker but it glitched again and grabbed him out of a closed locker witch put him on my shoulder and in the locker.
He could not wiggle loose and I could not Drop him, Hook him or activate my abilities. I could also not kick a pallet or lunge attack.
He sat on my shoulder all game and got killed on my shoulder as seen in the video.
