Any means necessary needs a rewrok

I just completed the Any Means Necessary Quest (after quite a few tries), and I feel like the perk is worthless.

4 seconds means it can never actually be used in a chase.

And resetting pallets that you happen to come across is a niche skill. Honestly, the time would be better spent working on a gen.

The quest made me examine a perk I never really even considered, and I feel it is because it is a poor perk. I feel like it should have a rework. Maybe make it so that it can only be used in the killer's terror radius and has a 2 second cast time.

What do yall think?

    It could use further buffs (such as revealing the aura of downed pallets), but it doesn't need an entire rework. I would hate to only be able to use it in the killer's TR. So much fun of the perk is bringing them back to a great loop they neglected to break a pallet at earlier - only to find said pallet reset.

    Any Means Necessary isn't supposed to be used in a chase, and I agree with the developer's intentions on making it that way. I mean, if it was ~2 seconds, you might well be able to use it after stunning a Killer to raise the pallet again before they recover.

    I don't think BHVR would use this buff because it'd probably be an idea they'd be interested in making a new Perk altogether for, but I think Any Means Necessary could also allow players to use its effect to charge through a breakable wall immediately, destroying it with a loud noise notification, stunning any Killer on the other side, and triggering the Perk's cooldown.
