Blood Pact QoL change
In October Blood Pact received a nice buff but its still not enough to develop the perk's potential in soloQ.
The problem is that when 2 survivors have received a speed buff and they are both healthy, it is very easy to lose each other so it would be a good idea to take the Jeff perk to not to lose sight of each other, but take 2 perks to keep track of other survivors or taking an additional perk for the middle perk is not the best option imo.
So here's what I propose to do:
Blood Pact
It's as if a latent part of yourself has awakened. You feel like you can reach out beyond yourself for assistance.
When you or the Obsession are injured, you both see each other's Auras.
After healing the Obsession or being healed by the Obsession, you both gain the Haste Status Effect, moving at an increased speed of 5/6/7% and still see each other's Auras until you are no longer within 16 metres of each other.
Your Auras will be seen to each other more transparently by the degree of distance from each other.
Reduces the odds of being the Obsession.
If you are the Obsession, Blood Pact deactivates.
The Killer can only be obsessed with one Survivor at a time.
Now the perk problems are solved.

Still a garbage perk mate.

I don't think it is a garbage cuz we have Babisitter, Camaraderie, Poised and Solidarity, Buckle Up etc.

Actually it's totally okay-tier when paired with Hope and friends. Okay you have to survive till the end, you chose two perks only for the end of the game, but hell yeah, it's a super fun combo when you want to do weird perks things and combo.
Every perk doesn't need to be powerful, or actually useful. Juste gameplay changing perks are good for players that want to play a different way.

My suggestion doesn't make the perk more powerful, it makes it more usable. In my personal experience in soloQ it turns out to use the speed effect 1 time in 10 games and this is purely due to the fact that I lose another survivor or another survivor loses me.
