STUCK IN SPECTATOR MODE (EVEN ON 4.5.1)

happened again on the version 4.5.1, under the same condition as before.

step 1 : escape from the match earlier than other survivors
step 2 : press "Spectate" on the result screen as the last survivor escapes from the match
