Xbox- Stuck on rank 7 survivor

Well I’ve been playing and getting iridescent emblems and gold emblems on most of my matches(enough to pip up) but I do not receive any pips and all it shows is rank progress -1 even though it does not take any pip. I’ve been stuck on rank 7 for I’d say 20 games straight.
