Bubba's Chainsaw occasionally no revving sound

Description: Occasionally when being chased by the Cannibal while they are revving the chainsaw, there will be no audible sound of the chainsaw, imitating as if they were not readying their rush at all, and yet they will be.
Steps:
- Play against a Cannibal on any map, any survivor
- Get chased and have the Cannibal begin revving, the audio bug will occur.
Frequency: Atleast a few times each game that you play against the Cannibal.
