PC - Game often softlocks when attempting to exit the post-trial screen.
Step 1: Boot the game
Step 2: Play a match as either survivor or killer (result of the match does not affect the result of the issue)
Step 3: Attempt to leave the post-trial screen by any means other than Alt+F4/Task Manager/Taskbar. This includes selecting another tome challenge, claiming a rift tier, hitting the "continue" button, hitting the "upgrade" button, etc.
Step 4: The game seemingly tries execute whatever action you took, but fails to do so, sometimes blacking out the screen, leaving only the UI visible. Clicking another button to leave the screen an additional time leads to the same result.

Frequency of the issue: About 1/3 matches for killer, and 1/3 matches for survivor.

Note: This bug has been ongoing since before 4.5.0. I'm unable to remember the earliest instance of this bug, but I'm certain that it's relatively new. I'm willing to record and attach a video the next time I experience this bug, if needed.
