Desync is fixed, but hit validation still has issues

this is my second time posting about the same issue, i hope you guys acknowledge and fix it this time.

since patch 4.4.2 (one patch later after hit validation was officially reenabled), hit validation isn't really working, often i go against killers that are perceptibly laggy as in teleporting, late pallet stuns and the obvious bullshit hits like this one, i have 60ms ping and that spirit most certainly had more than 200ms ping to have hit me through the pallet.

and that isn't even the worst example:

this one is on 4.4.2 patch and is just outrageous, the killer is visibly stuttering and teleporting around and trying to hit me when i'm really far away, i even dead harded because i knew that was going to get hit through that pallet, i'd say they had at the very least 500ms ping.

screenshot of my ping after what happened:

hit validation on patch 4.4.1 was working perfectly, i had zero hits like these in that version, so please see what's up with hit validation, i think everyone agrees there's no way these hits are acceptable in any way.
