Hacker strikes again

Came across a hacker AGAIN. Probably the same individual, they were playing Ghostface, and as expected they began mori'ing me and then froze the game AGAIN leaving me and my friends no other choice but to dc. Now I am locked out for nearly 6 hours because I've been writing ticket after ticket to report this guy and for whatever reason me and others like me are being penalized for wanting to play this game.

So far there has been NO response to ANY of the tickets I've submitted and this person continues on as is.

BHVR, if you're not going to address the loophole these individuals use to employ their programs, at least turn off the dc penalty because you're telling people who are trying to have fun playing your game that you don't give a ######### about this, and we get locked out because of people like this who chose to spend their time hacking without consequence.
