Dragon's Grip Cooldown happens twice

So Dragon's Grip already has quite a long cooldown (80 seconds), but with this bug the cooldown is applied both when the killer kicks a gen and also when a survivor interacts with it, so the timer is 80 seconds + the duration before the gen is tapped, if it is tapped.

I don't think it makes a big difference as to which one it should be, but if it only became active when a gen is kicked and then the cooldown started when it is tapped it would mean you can change what gen has it, which makes it a bit more versatile.
