Classic Ghost Face shroud physics are bugged

This bug has existed around 4.0.0 to 4.6.0
The physics of the Classic Ghost Face cosmetic behave as though it is one entire piece when in motion. When he raises his right arm (and likely his other), the flap below his arm takes the entire lower half of his robe with it.
In general aside from this issue, the lower half of the robe just suffers constant clipping issues alone.
