DBD Xbox Cloud Freezing on Loading Profile

Dead by Daylight Xbox Cloud Freezing on Loading Profile.
The cloud version for Xbox Gamepass Cloud fails to load the game and gets stuck on Loading Profile. It does not get past this screen and I am able to press the Xbox button to load up all the other Xbox features, so it is just the game that is frozen.
It fetches shop data, loads everything except the profile resulting in the freeze and inability to play on mobile. Attached is where specifically it freezes. This is not just happening to me and has also been reported in the XBA and Insider channels.
