Hatch didn't open after 2nd last Survivor died

Title says it all really, I think it has something to do with the survivor getting disconnected as the game registered him as dead, making it pause for a second before counting him as dead. I experienced something similar to this. There was no indicator on the screen to find hatch, so it looked like hatch wasn't available. I looked for it anyways and was able to find it and escape. I have experienced this twice so far.

@Torkz I'm not actually sure that's a bug, it probably took a little bit of time for the server to recognise the DC, plus there's always the delay of the entity claws taking the body etc.
