Can't Reject Friend Requests

I've had this problem for about a year now, where I cannot reject any old friend requests. When I go to reject them, all it says is View Profile and Block. I have tried blocking all accounts, but it doesn't do anything. Please fix this. ( I'm on Xbox One )
