so basically, i'm on my final few Bloodwebs before i have Nurse fully maxed out (yay :D).

i managed to get every perk up to level two, so only tier 3 perks will appear in my bloodwebs - yet for the last couple of Bloodwebs i havent gotten more than 3 Perks to choose from (when its usually 4), even though i have more than just 3 perks missing?

is this somehow intended or is it yet another bug?

I may be wrong and this is completely speculation on my side here but:

maybe this has something to do with the rarity of the perks. You are only missing rank3 perks with the purple rarity and bloodwebs are created with a maximum of certain rarities. So this may cause you not getting more perks available.

Don’t know if it would be intentional in this case though.. I guess that could only be answered by a dev

Obviously a bug, I know The Nurse has received some updates recently, so that may have caused a domino effect that now makes her blood webs dysfunctional. Does this happen with any other killers?

truth be told, i have no idea.

Nurse is the only one im leveling right now, everyone else ie either already maxed out or, in the case of Twins and Hag, merely level 50 (to unlock the teachables).

though i think if it affects one character, then everyone else is probaply going to have the same thing going on.

When you open to many teachable perks sometimes the main killer perks (last stage of them) will be shown later. It happened to me during Plaguage,Legion and Deathslinger. All you gotta do is spent points and hoping that you will find them soon
