new meat plant is completely survivor sided

this is horrendous there's breakable walls everywhere, everytime you hear a gen being worked on you have to stop and break the wall to get in giving the survivors a big heads up. The corridors are too small and claustrophobic so you're chasing scratchmarks more than survivors, and the pallets.....I'd say the pallets dont need any explanation but clearly they do. They are quite possibly the worst thing you've ever done?

Do you actually design maps on the back of napkins? can I get a job at your company? seems you don't need any experience or knowledge to be a map designer?

    I will never understand why people think a post like this will get them any traction? Do you open with insulting people in your real life too? Does Gideon need some work? Absolutely. Your social skills could use some too.

    I don't understand why everyone always wants to give people a free pass? maps like these ruin the entire game because if it comes up it is unplayable bad. You can't even "skip" it since you can't disable maps and you can't dc.

    They have had 4.5 years to learn about maps and what makes a map good and bad and they churn out this abomination and we are meant to be "oh well I'm sure it will be fixed one day in the future". No you need to hold people to account especially when you're a paying customer. It needs to be fixed soon, i.e. by mid chapter. They need to admit to customers that they messed up, that it's bad design, and that they intend to fix it as soon as possible.

    Who said anything about a free pass? Adults know how to give feedback without sounding like spoiled brats. I already gave my feedback on the map, as I'm sure many others have as well. Why does my feedback and yours get different results? :)

    you haven't had any results with this map yet.

    It hurts me because seeing them put out maps like this makes me sad for the future of the game. When they show no signs of understanding their own game how can players have faith in the future of the games health? if after 4.5 years this map is the best they can come up with what are we meant to take away from that? all I can assume is that they don't understand how to make good maps.

    I think both the breakable walls and pallets are an issue. I agree that theres too many pallets (god ones) for survivors. But, theres also too many dead ends that trap survivors also.

    Or they understand exactly what they wanted out of that map. It just differs from what many of us want.

    I just want whoever did the rework on this map get fired why so many pallets why so many breakables walls just why.

    I agree its survivor sided, there are a lot of god pallets but also there are so many areas with unbreakable and iron doors on the same wall which traps both survivors and killers.
