Bloodweb Stuck

I am in the process of unlocking all perks for killer's. When I went to level up my Clown bloodweb I noticed it glitched out to where I can't access all the nodes. I've tried resetting my Xbox and the game itself to no avail. I am currently locked out of leveling him as it stands and when I tried using points on the nodes it just took my blood points. (For whatever reason I can't get a screenshot to upload....though I do have one)
